Returns and Exchanges:

Some items are not eligible for returns due to health, safety and hygiene standards. These include:

• Bottles and shakers 
• Sealed products for health, safety and hygiene standards i.e socks
• Products that have been worn, damaged or unsealed after the delivery is delivered and it is in your possession
• Products that have a part missing
• Label has been removed or tampered with  

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following specific items once they have been opened or used due to hygiene reasons:

Under UK consumer law, you as a consumer have the right to return goods if they are unopened and unused within 14 days of receipt. However, if goods have been opened and used, they may be considered non-returnable due to hygiene and health protection reasons. We have provided a list of the relevant goods above. If your order has been in transit longer than 5 days outside of the estimated delivery window of the country the order is being shipped to, we will issue a replacement order to be shipped.

Discount Codes:

Our discount codes are valid for one order per customer and are subject to time limits. Codes are also specific to territory/country. The discounts cannot be used outside of specified time limits. Any discount code will always have details and instructions. Codes do not cover delivery costs and cannot be exchanged for money.

Returned items will be refunded at the discounted price paid by you when you ordered the product, any offer value may be deducted from any refund. This does not and will not affect your statutory rights at all. A discount will not be applied to items that are subsequently replaced. Orders are subject to whether stock is available and whether we accept the order. We reserve the right to cancel any orders if we suspect they are fraudulent.

You have the right to change your mind and end your contract with is but we legally have to supply our products to fulfil contracts. You legal rights will always remain intact

• any product that has been damaged, used, worn in any way or has had the label cut and/or removed;
• any product which is missing any component or components when returned by you unless we have done that
• any products which become mixed indivisibly with other items after delivery.
