Returns and Exchanges:

Some items are not eligible for returns due to health, safety and hygiene standards. These include:

  • Bottles and shakers 
  • Sealed products for health, safety and hygiene standards i.e socks
  • Products that have been worn, damaged or unsealed after the delivery is delivered and it is in your possession
  • Products that have a part missing
  • Label has been removed or tampered with  

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following specific items once they have been opened or used due to hygiene reasons:

  • Socks
  • Knee braces
  • Ankle braces 
  • Back braces
  • Gloves and cycling gloves
  • Weightlifting straps and weightlifting gloves 
  • Compression hip brace
  • 4D Latex Sport Support Running Insoles

Under UK consumer law, you as a consumer have the right to return goods if they are unopened and unused within 14 days of receipt. However, if goods have been opened and used, they may be considered non-returnable due to hygiene and health protection reasons. We have provided a list of the relevant goods above. This does not affect your statutory or consumer rights.


As consumers you have the right to change or mind. You also have the right to decide you do not want the product. This is how it works:


Cooling-off Period

  • You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods to notify us that you wish to cancel your order
  • Once you have notified us of your decision to cancel, you then have another 14 days to return the goods.
  • You will receive a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods or within 14 days of receiving evidence that the goods have been returned 

Replacements:

If a product is delivered damaged or defective, you must send us a high-quality image or video of the damage or defect in order for a replacement to be issued. If your order has been in transit longer than 5 days outside of the estimated delivery window of the country the order is being shipped to, we will issue a replacement order to be shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

For lost in transit or stolen packages, We can either refund you for the entire order OR we will ship out a single replacement per order, free of charge -- it's completely up to you.
